Founded in 2015 by Timothy Perkin in the tiny kitchen of his flat on the Gray’s Inn Road, Gray’s Inn Kitchen is a London-based catering company with friendly, efficient and flexible service at its heart.
We have grown since then and moved to a much larger kitchen and events space in Dalston. Tim’s sister Emily joined the team in 2018, making it a family affair, as head baker and events manager.
Our influences range far and wide, benefiting from the team having lived in 12 different countries between us, but ultimately Gray’s Inn Kitchen is dedicated to creating fresh, inventive, seasonal and delicious dishes.
